Subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription charge has been taken, we do not refund it, in whole or in part.
No physical goods are sold, shipped or returned, so there is no returns policy. Rental equipment belongs to the companies using the software, not to us.
Cancel at any time, by email or from account settings. No fee, no minimum term. Cancelling stops all future renewals and access continues to the end of the period already paid for — there is no partial or pro-rata refund for the unused remainder of that period.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase, and the card on file is charged on the renewal date. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date, from account settings or by email; we confirm every cancellation in writing.
Nothing is being sold yet, so no price and no renewal interval are set. Both will be shown here in full, with the renewal date, before anyone is asked to pay.
If a charge is wrong or unclear, email contact@partyequipment.rentals with its date and amount. We reply within two business days and will tell you plainly what it was for.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under consumer law, or your rights with your card issuer.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. A charge would read PARTYEQUIP RENTALS on a statement; the entity behind it is Inception Brands LLC. If you do not recognise a charge, email us before filing a dispute.
Governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Prices in US dollars. The service is supplied as-is, with no guarantee of bookings, revenue or any commercial outcome. A subscriber is responsible for their own rental agreements with their own customers and carries the dispute risk on payments they collect; we are not a party to those agreements. We may close an account used for fraud, abuse or anything unlawful. We do not knowingly contract with anyone under 18. There are no export or regional restrictions beyond United States law. Changes affecting an active subscription take effect at the next renewal, not mid-period.
If you join the early access list we store the email address and the company name you give us, on our own server, and use them only to tell you when early access opens. No confirmation email is sent, nothing else is collected, and the list is never shared or sold. Ask us and we will remove you.
We collect a subscriber's name, email, business contact details and the records they enter, plus server logs. Customer records a rental company enters belong to that company and are processed only to run the service. Card details go directly to Stripe and are not stored by us. We do not sell personal information and share it only with providers processing it for us or where the law requires. Transactional email only; there is no marketing list. Records are kept while an account is active and afterwards as long as tax rules require. To access, correct or delete your data, email the address above. This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
